Terms and Conditions for Working with India Can Help

1. Agreement Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between India Can Help (hereafter referred to as "the Company") and the Client (hereafter referred to as "the Client"). By engaging our services, the Client agrees to abide by these terms.

2. Services Offered

The Company provides a variety of services as described in the proposal or service agreement provided to the Client. Specific details regarding the scope of work will be outlined in a separate contract.

3. Payment Terms

  • A deposit may be required prior to the commencement of services. The amount and due date will be specified in the service agreement.

  • All fees must be paid according to the schedule outlined in the invoice. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding amount.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and access required for the Company to perform its services. Delays caused by the Client’s failure to provide such items may result in project delays and additional fees.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation will survive the termination of the agreement.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract upon written notice if the other party fails to perform its obligations under these terms. The Client will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

7. Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Liability for direct damages shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the services rendered.

8. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising out of or connected to the services provided.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates.

10. Amendment

These Terms and Conditions may be amended only in writing and signed by both parties.

11. Acceptance

By accepting services from the Company, the Client confirms understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
